Our price protection policy guarantees that you are getting the lowest prices anywhere in Canada, so you do not have to worry about shopping around for a lower price.  If you find a lower price, within 30 days after your purchase from Christine Jewellers Ltd., from any online or store retailer in Canada for a product that we carry, we will refund 110% of the difference between the price you paid (before tax and shipping) and the lower price from our competitor.  If you have not made the purchase already and spotted a lower price from our competitor, we will also offer you a discount of 110% of the difference between our price and our Canadian competitor's price. This guarantee is effective December 16, 2009 and does not apply on Boxing Day, December 26, 2009.

This guarantee applies if the following conditions are met:

• The product from our competitor must be the same as the product that we carry in terms of color, size and style, and must be in stock.
• The online webstore or retail store competitor must be a fully licensed business.
• The online webstore competitor must not be an auction site, paid membership club or eBay, and must be Canadian website that ships from Canada.
• The retail store competitor must have a physical location in Canada.
• The price difference is calculated based on the price before taxes and shipping cost.
• The online webstore or retail store must be a authorized dealer of the brand of the product.

How Do I Claim The 110% Price Difference If I Already Made The Purchase?

1. Ensure that the product you purchased is not over 30 days ago.

How Do I Get The 110% Price Difference If I Have Not Made the Purchase yet?
